IT Expert for eCommerce


The main responsibilities will be:

  • You support the quality assurance based state-of-the-art continuous integration and deployment
  • You improve and monitor security checks, penetration tests and code audits
  • You cooperate with software vendors and international experts to realise up-to-date, efficient and flexible solutions and establish best practices
  • You provide support for the implementation, configuration and operation of the solution in Cloud environments
  • You are the go-to person for our website frontend team and inspire our team to take our websites to a new level
  • You will work with product teams and a cross-functional team of other Subject Matter Experts
  • You will ensure maintainability of our codebase through reviews and automated deployments



The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • You have a degree or other relevant qualification with a focus on IT
  • You use common web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) in your daily business
  • Further you have experience in website technologies and a programming languages like TypeScript, Node.js, NPM, Webpack and Rollup as well as relevant JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular and/or Vue
  • You gathered comprehensive Knowledge on Pipelining (Gitlab, Github), Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloudplatforms (Azure and AWS) and Content Delivery Networks
  • You have an Agile mindset, persuasiveness and strong intercultural communicative competence
  • You are a true networking talent and you enjoy helping your international colleagues and imparting their knowledge, hence you have very good English language skills
  • You have experience/interest in project management
